非真空电子束钢轨焊接装置的设计

    Design of Non-Vacuum Electron Beam Rail Welding Device

    • 摘要: 随着我国高速铁路事业的快速发展,为保证钢轨良好的焊接质量并提高焊接效率,需改进目前钢轨焊接技术并研究有效的新型焊接技术。非真空电子束焊接技术可破除真空室约束,提高钢轨焊接效率与焊接质量。简述了差分抽气技术与等离子引出窗技术,设计了非真空电子枪结构与钢轨装夹及检测装置,设计了非真空电子束钢轨焊接装置,对钢轨焊接技术提供有价值的参考。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway industry, in order to ensure the good welding quality and improve the welding efficiency, it is necessary to improve the current rail welding technology and study effective new welding technology. The technology of non-vacuum electron beam welding can break the restriction of vacuum chamber and improve the efficiency and quality of rail welding. Differential air extraction technology and plasma extraction window technology were briefly introduced. The structure of non-vacuum electron gun, rail clamping and testing device were designed. The non-vacuum electron beam rail welding device was designed, which provides valuable reference for rail welding technology.
