激光-电弧复合焊接技术研究现状

    Research Status of Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding Technology

    • 摘要: 激光-电弧复合焊将激光和电弧两种焊接热源结合,使得两种焊接方式优势互补,能有效提高焊接效率和焊接质量,应用前景十分广泛,受到国内外研究人员的重视。本文介绍激光-电弧复合焊接技术的发展现状,阐述了复合焊接热源间的复合方式和它们的相互影响机理,包括熔滴过渡分析、匙孔和熔池分析等,同时对激光-电弧复合焊接检测技术进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Combining the advantages of laser and arc, the laser-arc hybrid welding technology could improve the welding efficiency and welding quality effectively, the application prospect is very wide, which has attracted the attention by the researchers around the world. The current development of laser-arc hybrid welding was introduced, the composite methods of heat sources and the details of their interaction mechanism including droplet transition analysis, keyhole and molten pool analysis were described. Meanwhile, the development of laser-arc hybrid welding detection technology was also prospected.
