苛刻环境下铁路货车用钢手工电弧焊接头的组织和性能

    Microstructure and Performance of Manual Arc Welding Joints of Steel for Railway Freight Cars in Harsh Environment

    • 摘要: 通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度试验和金相组织分析等,对苛刻环境下铁路货车用钢手工电弧焊接头的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:母材组织为铁素体+珠光体,焊缝组织为沿晶界分布的块状先共析铁素体,晶内组织为粒状贝氏体、针状铁素体和珠光体,过热区组织为铁素体和珠光体,晶粒相对较大。细晶区和部分转变区组织均为细小铁素体和珠光体。焊接接头的硬度分布比较均匀,在220~260 HV之间。焊接接头具有良好的拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能,室温以及-40℃下对接接头的冲击性能都优于母材的。

       

      Abstract: Through tensile, bending, impact, hardness tests and metallographic structure analysis, the structure and performance of manual arc welding joints of steel for railway freight cars in harsh environments were studied. The results show that the microstructure of base metal is ferrite + pearlite, the weld seam structure is massive proeutectoid ferrite distributed along the grain boundary, and the internal structure is granular bainite, acicular ferrite and pearlite. The superheated zone structure is composed of ferrite and pearlite, and the grains are relatively large. The structures of fine crystal area and the partial transformation area are both fine ferrite and pearlite. The hardness distribution of the welded joint is relatively uniform,ranging from 220HV to 260HV. The welded joint has good tensile, bending, and impact properties. The impact performance of the butt joint at room temperature and-40℃ is better than that of the base material.
