多弧离子镀CrAlN涂层对50BA钢硬度和耐磨性的影响

    Effects of Multi-arc Ion Plating CrAlN Coating on Hardness and Wear Resistance of 50BA Steel

    • 摘要: 采用多弧离子镀技术在渗氮过后的50BA钢表面制备了CrAlN涂层;然后采用显微硬度测试仪及摩擦磨损试验机测试基体、渗氮层及涂层的力学和摩擦性能;最后采用扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层表面形貌进行表征,观察试样磨损形貌,并分析其磨损机理。结果表明:较之于渗氮层和基体,所制备的CrAlN涂层硬度最高,比基体的硬度提高了5.2倍;涂层的磨损程度明显最低,50BA钢表面的质量明显得到改善,耐磨性得到了极大提升。

       

      Abstract: Cr Al N coating was prepared on 50 BA steel after nitriding by multi-arc ion plating. Then, the mechanical and friction properties of substrate, nitriding layer and coating were tested by microhardness tester and friction and wear tester.Finally, the surface morphology of the coating was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) to observe the wear morphology of the sample and to analyze its wear mechanism. The results show that compared with nitriding layer and substrate, the hardness of the Cr Al N coating is the highest, which is 5.2 times higher than that of the substrate. The wear degree of the coating is obviously the lowest, 50 BA steel surface quality is obviously improved. The wear resistance has been greatly improved.
