薄板结构件焊接用压紧装置设计

    Design of Clamping Device for Welding of Thin Plate Structure

    • 摘要: 薄板结构件的焊接质量、焊接变形控制一直是制造的难点。对于薄板结构件中焊接于薄板上的高度不等的多个筋板,如何保证简单可靠快速地将其压紧,使多个筋板和底板均能紧密贴合且受力均匀,是保证产品质量亟需解决的问题。设计了一种能提供均匀压紧力的压紧装置,能够保证加强筋和薄板的紧密贴合,适用于不同规格的薄板结构件筋板的压紧需要。

       

      Abstract: The welding quality and welding deformation control of thin plate structures are always difficult points in manufacturing. How to ensure simple, reliable and rapid compression of multiple ribbed plates welded to the thin plate in thin plate structures, so that multiple ribbed plates and the bottom plate can be closely attached with uniform force, is an urgent problem to be solved to ensure product quality. A kind of compression device was designed. It can provide uniform compression force, ensure close fitting between reinforcement and thin plate, and meet the compression requirements of different specifications of thin plate structural members.
