S30408奥氏体不锈钢的应变疲劳与寿命预测模型

    Strain Fatigue and Life Prediction Models for S30408 Austenitic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 对S30408奥氏体不锈钢进行应变疲劳试验研究,通过循环应力-应变响应特征、应力-应变滞回曲线和疲劳寿命研究其疲劳性能,并获得应变疲劳参数。为了构建其疲劳寿命预测模型,对比了Manson-Coffin方程、三参数幂函数、三参数幂函数能量法和基于塑性应变能的寿命方程的适用性。结果表明:4种疲劳寿命预测模型能有效表征应变疲劳寿命与应变幅的关系,其中三参数幂函数能量法和基于塑性应变能的寿命方程具有更好的预测精度。

       

      Abstract: The strain fatigue experiments of S30408 austenitic stainless steel were carried out, and the fatigue property was studied by cyclic stress-strain response characteristics, stress-strain hysteresis curve and fatigue life, meanwhile the strain fatigue parameters were obtained. In order to establish the fatigue life prediction model of S30408 austenitic stainless steel, the applicability of the Manson-Coffin equation, three parameters power function, three parameters strain energy function and the life prediction model based on plastic energy were compared. The results show that all the four fatigue life prediction model can effectively characterize the relationship between the strain fatigue life and the strain amplitude. In addition, three parameters power function energy method and the life prediction model based on plastic energy have better prediction precision accuracy.
