6061铝合金模板的热处理与性能研究

    Study on Heat Treatment and Properties of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Formwork

    • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验机等研究了固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间对绿色建筑用6061铝合金模板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶时间的延长、时效温度的升高或者时效时间的延长,6061铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度会先增大后减小,断后伸长率则先减小后增大;当535℃/60 min固溶及180℃/7 h时效时,6061铝合金取得抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度的最大值,分别为314.7、304.3 MPa和145.52 HV,而断后伸长率为10.8%。6061铝合金的主要强化机制为细晶强化、固溶强化和第二相强化。

       

      Abstract: The effects of solution time, aging temperature and aging time on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy formwork for green building were studied by metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope and tensile testing machine. The results show that, with the increase of solution time, aging temperature or aging time, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of 6061 aluminum alloy first increase and then decrease, while the elongation after fracture decreases first and then increases. When solid solution at 535 ℃/60 min and aging at 180 ℃/7 h,the maximum values of the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness are 314.7 MPa, 304.3 MPa and 145.52 HV,respectively, and the elongation is 10.8%. The main strengthening mechanisms of 6061 aluminum alloy are fine grain strengthening, solution strengthening and second phase strengthening.
