Cu元素掺杂对MnNiInCoCu合金相变滞后的影响

    Effect of Cu Element Dopping on Hysteresis of Phase Transformation of MnNiInCo Based Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用快淬甩带技术制备Mn50Ni38In9Co3、Mn49Ni38In9Co3Cu1以及Mn47Ni38In9Co3Cu3合金薄带样品,并对其微观组织、马氏体相变行为和磁滞损耗进行分析。结果表明,随着Cu含量的提高,MnNiInCoCu合金马氏体转变温度逐渐升高,相变滞后和磁滞损耗降低,这是因为Cu元素促进合金晶格几何兼容性提高所致。

       

      Abstract: The ribbons of Mn50Ni38In9Co3, Mn49Ni38In9Co3Cu1 and Mn47Ni38In9Co3Cu3 alloy ribbons were prepared by melt-spinning technology.The microstructure, martensitic transformation behavior and hysteresis loss of the ribbons were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of Cu content, the martensitic transformation temperature increases gradually, and the hysteresis of phase transformation and the hysteresis loss decrease.This is because Cu element can promote the improvement of geometrical compatibility of the alloy lattice.
