    Analysis on Abnormal Tensile Fracture of 40Cr Round Steel

    • 摘要: 为了分析小规格40Cr圆钢拉伸断口异常的原因,采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、扫描电镜及能谱仪等对断口试样的显微组织、显微硬度、断口形貌、夹杂物、碳化物等进行了观察。结果表明,钢中存在严重的碳、合金元素以及磷的偏析是断口异常的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the cause of abnormal tensile fracture of small specification 40Cr round steel, the microstructure, micro-hardness, fracture morphology, inclusions, carbides were observed by metallographic microscope, micro-hardness meter, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the abnormal fracture is mainly caused by the segregation of carbon, alloying elements and phosphorus in the steel.
