Abstract:
Taking Vit1/TZ20 bimetallic layered amorphous composites as the object, the evolutions of microstructure and elements distribution near the interface of the amorphous composites were investigated using XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of the composite will not change obviously when the annealing temperature is 350 ℃ and 400 ℃. At the annealing temperature of 450 ℃, the amorphous layer of the composite crystallizes, and the diffusion at the interface leads to the formation of the compound. The characteristics of elements distribution in interface area are as follows:with the increase of temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the content of Cu, Ni and Al element increases and the content of Ti and Zr elements decreases.
