热处理对Vit1/TZ20双金属层状非晶复合材料微观组织的影响

    Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure of Vit1/TZ20 Bimetal Layered Amorphous Composites

    • 摘要: 以Vit1/TZ20双金属层状非晶复合材料为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM和EDS研究了不同温度和时间退火后该非晶复合材料界面附近组织及元素分布的变化规律。结果表明,当退火温度为350、400℃时,复合材料的结构不会发生明显的变化。当退火温度为450℃时,复合材料的非晶层发生了晶化现象,界面处也会由于扩散而导致化合物的形成。界面区域元素分布特征主要为:随着温度的升高和保温时间的延长,Cu、Ni、Al元素含量升高,Ti、Zr元素含量降低。

       

      Abstract: Taking Vit1/TZ20 bimetallic layered amorphous composites as the object, the evolutions of microstructure and elements distribution near the interface of the amorphous composites were investigated using XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of the composite will not change obviously when the annealing temperature is 350 ℃ and 400 ℃. At the annealing temperature of 450 ℃, the amorphous layer of the composite crystallizes, and the diffusion at the interface leads to the formation of the compound. The characteristics of elements distribution in interface area are as follows:with the increase of temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the content of Cu, Ni and Al element increases and the content of Ti and Zr elements decreases.
