Abstract:
The initial forging temperature,the final forging temperature,the die preheating temperature and the billet heating temperature are important technological parameters of mechanical nut forging.The temperature control of the 35CrMo steel nut in the forging process was carried out by using intelligent control technology based on fuzzy PID.The microstructure and properties were tested and compared.The results show that the wear volume of 35CrMo steel nut with intelligent control decreases from 3.6×10

3 to 2.3×10
-3mm
3 compared with that without intelligent control.The intelligent control technology based on fuzzy PID can effectively improve the microstructure of 35CrMo steel nut forgings and improve the wear resistance of nuts.
