35CrMo钢螺母锻压工艺的智能控制研究

    Research on Intelligent Control of Forging Process of 35CrMo Steel Nuts

    • 摘要: 始锻温度、终锻温度、模具预热温度和坯料加热温度是机械螺母锻压的重要工艺参数。本文采用基于模糊PID的智能控制技术进行了35CrMo钢螺母锻压过程中的温度控制,并进行了组织、性能的测试及对比分析。结果表明,与不采用智能控制相比,采用智能控制锻压的35CrMo钢螺母磨损体积由3.6×10-3mm3减小到2.3×10-3mm3。基于模糊PID的智能控制技术可以有效改善35CrMo钢螺母锻件的组织,提高螺母的耐磨损性能。

       

      Abstract: The initial forging temperature,the final forging temperature,the die preheating temperature and the billet heating temperature are important technological parameters of mechanical nut forging.The temperature control of the 35CrMo steel nut in the forging process was carried out by using intelligent control technology based on fuzzy PID.The microstructure and properties were tested and compared.The results show that the wear volume of 35CrMo steel nut with intelligent control decreases from 3.6×10-3mm3 to 2.3×10-3mm3 compared with that without intelligent control.The intelligent control technology based on fuzzy PID can effectively improve the microstructure of 35CrMo steel nut forgings and improve the wear resistance of nuts.
