等温时效参数对Q235/304L接触热膨胀曲线和组织的影响

    Effects of Isothermal Aging Parameters on Thermal Expansion Curves and Microstructure of Q235/304L Contact

    • 摘要: 研究了不同等温时效参数对Q235/304L接触的热膨胀曲线和组织结构的影响,分析了近零压力时不同温度控制条件下的Q235/304L接触状态。采用淬火膨胀仪结合金相显微镜研究了等温时效对Q235/304L接触的热膨胀影响。结果表明,保温温度为1000℃以上时,热膨胀曲线可以体现钢种接触状态的特征。保温温度为1100℃以上,保温时间为5 h的等温时效处理有利于Q235/304L紧密接触。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different isothermal aging parameters on thermal expansion curves and microstructure of Q235/304L contact were studied, and Q235/304L contact state under different temperature control conditions at near zero pressure was analyzed. Q235/304L contact state under different temperature control conditions at near zero pressure was anglyzed. Effect of isothermal aging on thermal expansion of Q235/304L contact was studied by quenching dilatometer and metallographic microscope. The results show that, when the heat preservation temperature is above 1000 ℃, the thermal expansion curve can reflect the characteristics of the contact state of steel species. The isothermal aging treatment with temperature of 1100 ℃above and holding time of 5 h is beneficial to Q235/304L close contact.
