激光冲击/空化复合强化对黄铜耐蚀性的影响

    Effect of Laser Shock/Cavitation Composite Strengthening on Corrosion Resistance of Brass

    • 摘要: 为了提高黄铜的耐腐蚀性能,采用激光冲击/空化复合强化的工艺方法作用于黄铜表面。通过电化学腐蚀实验,结合黄铜表面的腐蚀形貌,研究激光冲击/空化复合强化后的黄铜表面耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,与原始黄铜样品相比,空化30 min时,激光冲击的黄铜腐蚀电位提高了23.1%,腐蚀电流减小了47.5%,样品表面出现较少的腐蚀坑,几乎没有裂纹产生,激光冲击/空化复合强化后的黄铜样品具有更好的耐腐蚀性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the corrosion resistance of brass, a laser shock/cavitation composite strengthening process was used to act on the brass surface. Through the electrochemical corrosion experiment, combined with the corrosion morphology of the brass surface, the corrosion resistance of the brass surface after laser shock/cavitation composite strengthening was studied. The results show that compared with the original brass sample, the corrosion potential of laser-shocked brass is increased by 23.1%and the corrosion current reduces by 47.5%when the cavitation is 30 min.There are a fewer corrosion pits on the sample surface and almost no cracks. The brass samples strengthened by laser shock/cavitation composite have better corrosion resistance.
