新时代航空航天用镁合金的成型及强化研究进展

    Research Progress on Forming and Strengthening of Magnesium Alloys for Aerospace in New Era

    • 摘要: 作为最轻的金属结构材料之一的镁合金,在航天领域中的目标是向着高强、高韧、高抗腐蚀性能方向发展。本文综述了近年来国内外航空航天用镁合金的性能,介绍了先进的镁合金铸造方法和变形工艺,并分析了不同体系镁合金的高强高韧化研究进展,展望了未来镁合金研究的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: As one of the lightest metal structure materials, magnesium alloy is aimed at developing high strength, high toughness and high corrosion resistance in aerospace field. The properties of magnesium alloys for aerospace applications in China and other countries in recent years were reviewed. The advanced magnesium alloy casting methods and deformation processes were introduced, and the research progress of high-strength and high-toughness magnesium alloys of different systems was analyzed. The future development direction of magnesium alloy research was prospected.
