Ag元素对Al-Mg-Si合金析出行为影响的研究进展

    Research on Influence of Ag Element on Precipitation Behavior of Al-Mg-Si Alloy

    • 摘要: Al-Mg-Si合金被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造及建筑等行业,它是一种可热处理强化的合金,研究它的时效析出行为具有十分重要的意义。总结了目前Ag元素对Al-Mg-Si合金时效析出行为影响的相关研究,并对Ag元素的作用展开了综述,包括Ag元素对时效硬度曲线的影响,Ag元素对DSC曲线的影响以及Ag元素对析出相组态(数量、尺寸、晶格常数等)的影响,同时,指出了未来研究中需要注意的问题和未来的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Al-Mg-Si alloys are widely used in aerospace, automotive and construction industries. It is a heat-treated alloy,and it is very important to study its aging behavior. The effects of Ag elements on aging behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloys were summarized, and the role of Ag elements was reviewed. The effects of Ag elements on the aging hardness curve, Ag elements on the DSC curve and the configuration of precipitated phase(quantity, size, lattice constant, etc.) were included. At the same time, the problems that need to be paid attention to in the future research and the future research direction were pointed out.
