6061铝合金MIG焊接头的组织和力学性能研究

    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 6061 Aluminum Alloy MIG Welded Joint

    • 摘要: 采用直径1.2 mm的ER5356焊丝对20 mm厚6061铝合金板进行MIG焊接试验,对接头进行射线(RT)、超声(UT)和渗透(PT)探伤,并对接头进行微观组织观察、拉伸、硬度、弯曲试验。结果表明:6061铝合金接头射线、超声、渗透探伤结果均合格,接头内部无气孔、夹渣、裂纹、未熔合等缺陷,焊缝表面成形美观,焊接变形小。6061铝合金接头抗拉强度达到231 MPa,弯曲180°后内外表面均无可见裂纹。接头焊缝区的硬度最低,热影响区中存在一个软化区,软化区硬度为79.8 HV,仍高于焊缝。焊缝组织为α-Al基体+点状和块状化合物相β-Mg2Si,焊缝区的显微组织由粗大的等轴晶组成,沿着焊缝散热方向,焊缝组织由等轴晶逐渐变为柱状晶,柱状晶沿着垂直于熔合线的方向过渡到枝状晶。

       

      Abstract: The MIG welding test of 20 mm thick 6061 aluminum alloy plate was carried out by using ER5356 welding wire with diameter of 1.2 mm. The joint was detected by RT, UT and PT, and the microstructure was observed, the tensile, hardness and bending tests were carried out. The results show that the RT, UT, PT results of the 6061 aluminum alloy joint are qualified. There are no defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, crack and lack of fusion in the joint. The weld surface is beautiful, and the welding deformation is small. The tensile strength of 6061 aluminum alloy joint reaches 231 MPa, and there is no visible crack on the inner and outer surface after 180° bending. The hardness of the weld zone of the joint is the lowest. There is a softening zone in the heat affected zone. The hardness of the softening zone is 79.8 HV, which is still higher than that of the weld. The microstructure of the weld is composed of α- (Al) matrix and β-Mg2Si. The microstructure of the weld zone is composed of coarse equiaxed grains. Along the heat dissipation direction of the weld, the equiaxed grains gradually change into columnar grains, and the columnar grains transits to dendrite along the direction perpendicular to the fusion line.
