Abstract:
In order to analyze the influence of rolling process parameters on the residual stress of precision copper strips, according to the finite element analysis theory, the rolling model of C19400 copper rolling parts was established. The orthogonal experimental design method was used to optimize the technical parameters of the precision copper strip rolling, and the range method was used to analyze the influence of different rolling speeds, reductions and roll diameters on the residual stress of the precision copper strip. Finally, the simulation was verified by measuring the residual stress of rolling plate. The research shows that in the rolling process of precision copper strip, the influence factors on the residual stress of machined surface of the rolled piece from small to large are as follows: rolling reduction, rolling speed, roll diameter; through finite element simulation and experiment, the residual stress on both sides of the rolled plate after rolling is relatively large, while the residual stress in the middle of the rolled plate is relatively small. In the research range, the residual stress gradually increases with the increase of the roll diameter.
