热轧Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb镁合金的组织与性能

    Microstructure and Properties of Hot-rolled Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb Mg Alloy

    • 摘要: 对Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb镁合金进行了轧制温度370℃、压下量10%的多道次单向轧制,轧制后对合金进行了固溶+时效处理。研究了热轧和热处理后的Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb镁合金的组织与性能。结果表明,轧制合金随道次增加析出第二相增多,尺寸减小,初生Mg2Si相多边形尖角逐渐钝化、破碎为类似于球状的多边形。合金显微组织中发现Mg3Sb2相与Mg2Si相存在依附生长的现象,成分中Sb抑制Mg2Si相生长。经过轧制后形成新的含Sb-Mg2(SixSn1-x)相。经4道次轧制后,发生了完全动态再结晶,晶粒细化为15~20 μm。铸态合金抗拉强度为106.1 MPa,断后伸长率为7.8%。经轧制和T6热处理后,材料性能显著提高,合金抗拉强度提高到213.8 MPa,断后伸长率提高到11.6%。

       

      Abstract: The Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb magnesium alloy was subjected to multi-pass unidirectional rolling with rolling temperature of 370 ℃and rolling reduction of 10%. After rolling, the alloy was treated with solid solution +aging. The microstructure and properties of hot rolled and heat treated Mg-5Sn-Si-0.9Sb magnesium alloys were investigated.The results show that with the increase of pass, the second phase content of the rolled alloy increases and the size decreases, and the polygon tip angle of the primary Mg2Si phase is gradually passivated and broken into a spherical polygon. The Mg3Sb2 phase and Mg2Si phase are found in the microstructure of the alloy, and the Sb inhibits Mg2Si phase growth.A new Sb-Mg2 (SixSn1-x)phase is formed after rolling.The complete dynamic recrystallization occurs after 4 passes of rolling, and the grain is refined, which is 15-20 μm.The tensile strength and elongation of the as-cast alloy are 106.1 MPa and 7.8%respectively.After rolling and T6 heat treatment, the material properties are significantly improved, and the tensile strength and the elongation after breaking of the alloy are increased to 213.8 MPa and 11.6%respectively.
