基于空耦超声的钢-橡胶粘接质量检测技术研究

    Research on Quality Inspection Technology of Steel-Rubber Bonding Based on Air-Coupled Ultrasound

    • 摘要: 根据钢-橡胶粘接部件的声场特性,采用空气耦合纵波穿透法,搭建了空耦超声C扫描系统,解决了实际工程应用中耦合难、对检测人员要求高等问题。采用频率为200 kHz的空耦超声平探头对钢-橡胶粘接部件(钢板厚度5 mm,粘接层厚度1 mm,橡胶厚度4 mm)的人工脱粘缺陷进行120 mm×90 mm范围内的C扫描成像检测。成像结果显示,该方法最小可识别φ6 mm的脱粘缺陷,对于φ10 mm的缺陷可以清晰显示轮廓,有效解决了钢-橡胶粘接部件的无损检测。

       

      Abstract: Based on the sound field characteristics of steel-rubber bonding parts, an air-coupled ultrasonic C-scanning system was built by using the air-coupled longitudinal wave penetration method, which solves the problems of difficult coupling and high requirements for inspectors in practical engineering applications.The air-coupled ultrasonic flat probe with a frequency of 200 kHz was used for the C-scan imaging detection of the artificial debonding defects in the steel-rubber bonding parts (steel plate thickness 5 mm, bonding layer thickness 1mm, rubber thickness 4mm)in the range of 120 mm×90 mm. The imaging results show that this method can identify the smallest debonding defect of φ6 mm, and the outline of the defect of φ10 mm can be clearly displayed, which effectively solves the non-destructive testing of steel-rubber bonded parts.
