挖斗支耳焊接残余应力与变形的有限元分析

    Finite Element Analysis of Welding Residual Stress and Deformation of Bucket Lug

    • 摘要: 针对挖掘机挖斗支耳的焊接问题,基于MSC.Marc软件平台,对支耳关键焊缝的焊接温度场及残余应力场进行了模拟计算,分析了不同焊接顺序对残余应力和变形的影响。结果表明:焊缝区域残余应力较大,支耳关键焊缝上的纵向残余应力峰值均位于焊缝的弧段。底板焊缝对支耳焊缝残余应力的影响较小,为简化模型同时减少计算量可忽略底板焊缝的影响;支耳关键焊缝的焊接顺序对焊接残余应力和变形均有显著影响。通过比较分析焊接残余应力和变形,得到了最优的焊接顺序。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the welding problem of an excavator bucket lug, the welding temperature field and the residual stress field of the key welding seam of the lug were calculated based on the MSC.Marc software. The influence of different welding sequence on the welding residual stress and deformation was further investigated. The results show that the residual stress in the weld area is relatively large, and the peak values of the longitudinal residual stress of the key welds of the lug are located in the arc section of the welds.The bottom plate welds have little effect on the residual stress of the lug weld, in order to simplify the model and reduce the amount of calculation, the influence of bottom welds can be ignored.While the welding sequence of the key welds of the lug has a significant influence on the residual stress and deformation. By comparing and analyzing the welding residual stress and deformation, the optimal welding sequence was obtained.
