Abstract:
By the physical simulation test of thermal compression, the influences of two-pass deformation and deformation temperature and initial grain size on the recrystallization grain size of GH4169 alloy during forging were studied.The results show that the critical deformation of GH4169 alloy is 21%; the recrystallized grains are finer by adopting a large deformation first and then a small deformation; when the deformation temperature of the second pass of two-pass compression is low, it is easy to produce mixed crystals and cannot be eliminated; the smaller the initial grain size is, the smaller the fully recrystallized grains are, but the bigger the driving force of grain growth is.
