变形工艺参数对GH4169合金再结晶的影响

    Effect of Deformation Process Parameters on Recrystallization of GH4169 Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过热压缩物理模拟试验,研究了GH4169合金锻造开坯过程中两道次变形量和变形温度等工艺参数及初始晶粒度对再结晶晶粒度的影响规律。结果表明:GH4169合金的临界变形量为21%;采用先大变形量后小变形量的方式,再结晶晶粒更加细小;两道次压缩的第二道次变形温度较低时,容易产生混晶,且无法消除;初始晶粒尺寸越小,得到的完全再结晶晶粒也越小,但随后晶粒长大的驱动力反而更大。

       

      Abstract: By the physical simulation test of thermal compression, the influences of two-pass deformation and deformation temperature and initial grain size on the recrystallization grain size of GH4169 alloy during forging were studied.The results show that the critical deformation of GH4169 alloy is 21%; the recrystallized grains are finer by adopting a large deformation first and then a small deformation; when the deformation temperature of the second pass of two-pass compression is low, it is easy to produce mixed crystals and cannot be eliminated; the smaller the initial grain size is, the smaller the fully recrystallized grains are, but the bigger the driving force of grain growth is.
