集箱-管座马鞍形焊缝的多层多道焊数值模拟研究

    Numerical Simulation of Multi-Layer and Multi-Pass Welding of Saddle Weld between Box and Pipe Seat

    • 摘要: 利用有限元分析软件Simufact.welding,采用双椭球分布热源,对骑座式连接的集箱-管座的马鞍形焊缝的三层三道焊过程进行数值模拟,分析焊接过程中的温度场、应力场及焊后变形规律。结果表明,第二层(填充层)和第三层(盖面层)的峰值温度高于第一层(打底层)的,应力最大的位置出现在管座集箱的马鞍形焊缝处。焊后集箱靠近焊缝处的变形量最大,管座整体在焊接冷却后出现下凹现象。

       

      Abstract: The finite element analysis software Simufact.welding with the double ellipsoid heat source was used and the numerical simulation of three-layer and three-pass welding process of the saddle weld between the box and pipe seat with riding header connection was carried out, and the law of temperature field, stress field in the welding process and postweld deformation was analyzed. The results show that the peak temperature of the second layer (filling layer) and the third layer(cover layer) is higher than that of the first layer (bottom layer), the maximum stress position appears at the saddle weld between the pipe seat and the box. After welding, the deformation of the box near weld is the largest, and the concave phenomenon occurs after welding cooling of the pipe seat.
