Abstract:
The effects of solid-solution temperature on the metallographic structure, tensile properties and high temperature rupture properties of GH4099 alloy were studied. The results show that, within the range of 1060-1120℃solution temperature, the average grain size of the alloy grows with the increase of solution temperature. And the size of precipitants also grows in a certain extent with the decrease of the amount. The solution temperature has little effect on the tensile strength and ductility at room temperature. But the high temperature tensile strength, ductility and stress rupture all increase with the increase of the solution temperature.
