Abstract:
In the process of hot rolling, the composite plate is easy to form sickle bending because of different mechanical properties of each layer of material. Taking reducing the scythe curve degree during hot rolling of steel-Zr bimetallic composite plate as target, the causes of sickle bending during hot rolling were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the sickle bending degree is reduced from 9 mm to 3 mm after rolling, which greatly reduces the degree of sickle bending of steel-zirconium bimetallic composite plate.
