预置初始孪晶对ECAP变形纯镁组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Pre-Initial twins on Microstructure and Properties of ECAP Deformed Pure Magnesium

    • 摘要: 对预置孪晶后的纯镁进行等通道挤压(ECAP),利用光学显微镜、电子万能试验机研究1、2、4道次后组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明在250℃等通道挤压下,预压缩5%的试样比原始试样具有更细的晶粒。2道次挤压后,预孪晶的样品相较于没有预压缩的样品动态再结晶晶粒更多。4道次挤压后晶粒尺寸变得更加均匀。ECAP和预孪晶均能提高纯镁的伸长率。预孪晶4道次挤压后样品的伸长率比原始样品挤压的伸长率提高较大,说明了孪晶在纯镁ECAP变形中起着重要的作用。

       

      Abstract: The pre-twinned pure magnesium was subjected to equal channel extrusion (ECAP).Optical microscope and electronic universal testing machine were used to study the changes of structure and mechanical properties after 1, 2, and 4 passes.The results show that the 5%pre-compressed sample has finer grains than the original sample under ECAP at 250℃.After two passes of extrusion, the pre-twinned sample has more dynamic recrystallized grains than the uncompressed sample.The grain size becomes more uniform after 4 passes of extrusion.ECAP and pre-twinning can increase the elongation of pure magnesium. Compared with that of the original sample, the elongation of the pre-twinned sample after 4-pass extrusion is increased significantly, which shows that twins play an important role in ECAP deformation of the pure magnesium.
