金属材料的电偶腐蚀及其防护技术研究进展

    Research Progress of Galvanic Corrosion and Protection Technology of Metal Materials

    • 摘要: 金属材料腐蚀现象随处可见,电偶腐蚀是金属材料的一种特殊腐蚀形式,不仅会导致金属材料使用寿命下降,加快金属构件失效,还会引发其他一系列局部腐蚀行为,具有严重的破坏性。针对异种金属材料电偶腐蚀问题介绍了电偶腐蚀基本原理和主要特点;阐述了异种金属材料电偶腐蚀研究进展与常用研究方法,并对电偶腐蚀防护技术进行了总结,提出电偶腐蚀与防护未来可能研究方向;探讨了电磁场作为新型物理防腐技术对金属材料腐蚀行为的影响,提出电磁场在金属材料电偶腐蚀防护方面应用的设想,为电偶腐蚀防护技术研究提供了新方向。

       

      Abstract: The phenomenon of metal materials corrosion can be seen everywhere. Galvanic corrosion is a special corrosion form of metal material corrosion, which can not only reduce the service life of metal materials and accelerate the failure of metal components, but also lead to a series of other local corrosion behaviors, with serious destructions. The basic principle and main characteristics of galvanic corrosion of heterogeneous metal materials were introduced. The research progress and common research methods of galvanic corrosion of heterogeneous metal materials were described, and the protection technology of galvanic corrosion was summarized, and the possible research directions of galvanic corrosion and protection in the future were proposed. The influence of electromagnetic field as a new physical anti-corrosion technology on the corrosion behavior of the metal materials was discussed, and the application of electromagnetic field in the protection of galvanic corrosion of metal materials was put forward, which can provide a new direction for the research on the protection of galvanic corrosion.
