热等静压工艺对TB6钛合金组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Thermal Isostatic Pressing on Microstructure and Properties of TB6 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 利用等离子旋转电极法制备的TB6钛合金粉末(106~250 μm),研究两种不同的热等静压工艺对TB6钛合金组织和性能的影响。结果显示,使用同时升温升压工艺制备的TB6试样,晶粒较小且晶界明显,呈现出明显的等轴状组织,晶界处有α相析出;使用先升温后升压工艺制备的TB6试样,晶粒较大,晶界不明显,晶粒也多呈现不规则状态。使用同时升温升压工艺制备的TB6试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和断面收缩率均小于使用先升温后升压工艺制备的TB6试样的。

       

      Abstract: TB6 titanium alloy powder (106-250 μm) prepared by plasma rotating electrode method was used, and the effects of two different thermal isostatic pressing processes on the microstructure and properties of TB6 titanium alloy were studied.The results show that the TB6 samples prepared by simultaneous heating and pressure raising process have small grains and obvious grain boundaries, showing obvious equiaxed structure, and α phase segregation at grain boundaries;TB6 samples prepared by the process of first heating up and then boosting up have large grains, no obvious grain boundaries, and irregular grains. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after break and section shrinkage of the TB6 samples prepared by the simultaneous heating and boosting process are all smaller than those prepared byusing the first heating and then boosting process.
