紫铜结晶器砂型低压铸造的工艺设计研究

    Study on Process Design of Sand Mould Low-pressure Casting of Red Copper Crystallizer

    • 摘要: 研究了紫铜结晶器砂型低压铸造的工艺设计方法,重点从升液管、浇注系统、浇注工艺和砂芯设计等方面进行了探讨。结果表明:升液管长度取55 mm,内径取70 mm,壁厚为5.5 mm;浇注系统采用直通式内浇口,从铸件底部直接注入型腔;中间大型芯采用加长上芯头,小孔型芯采用只做下芯头的垂直型芯,芯头高度分别为35 mm和15 mm,斜角分别为6°和1°。

       

      Abstract: The process design method of sand mold low-pressure casting of red copper crystallizer was studied, focusing on the lifting pipe, pouring system, pouring process and sand mold design.The results show that the length of lifting pipe is 55 mm, the inner diameter is 70 mm and the wall thickness is 5.5 mm.The pouring system uses a straight ingate, which is directly injected into the cavity from the bottom of the casting.The middle large core adopts extended upper core head, the small hole core adopts the vertical core with lower core head. The height of the core head is 35 mm and 15 mm, and the corresponding bevel angle is 6°and 1°, respectively.
