304L奥氏体不锈钢焊管退火温度涡流检测技术研究

    Research on Annealing Temperature Eddy Current Detection Technology of 304L Austenitic Stainless Steel Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: SUS304奥氏体不锈钢焊管生产过程中,经过退火热处理,组织结构会发生变化,由此引起金属导电性和电磁特性的改变。基于差动式涡流检测技术,利用小波变换去除白噪声对信号进行处理,分析信号的能量谱特征。结果表明,随着退火温度的上升,不锈钢组织晶粒逐渐变大,导致电磁信号的能量呈现递减趋势。通过与金相组织检测结果对比,建立涡流信号能量与不锈钢组织之间的联系,间接反映不锈钢管的退火温度,实现不锈钢焊管在线退火热处理温度的实时监测与控制。

       

      Abstract: During the production of SUS304 austenitic stainless steel welded pipe, after annealing heat treatment, the microstructure changes, resulting in the change of metal conductivity and electromagnetic properties. Based on the differential eddy current testing technology, wavelet transform was used to remove white noise, process the signal and analyze the energy spectrum characteristics of the signal. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the grain size of stainless steel becomes larger, which leads to the decrease of electromagnetic signal energy. By comparing with the results of metallographic examination, the relationship between eddy current signal energy and stainless steel structure is established,which indirectly reflects the annealing temperature of stainless steel pipe and realizes the real-time monitoring and control of on-line annealing heat treatment temperature of stainless steel welded pipe.
