Abstract:
To study the evolution of the microstructure and properties of ultra-deep drawing IF steel with annealing temperature, industrial production of cold-rolled IF steel sheets were used to carry out simulated annealing experiments at 800-860 ℃ annealing temperature, and the microstructure, texture and mechanical properties of the test steel were analyzed. The results show that the increase of the annealing temperature increases the degree of recrystalstallization of the test steel, and at the same time, strengthens the favorable texture 111<110>; the calm texture strength is positively correlated with the material forming performance. When the annealing temperature is higher than 820 ℃. The
r value increases with the annealing temperature in creasing, and the Δ
r value does not change significantly. The research results reveal the relevance of annealing temperature, microstructure and mechanical properties of IF steel and guiding enterprises to formulate annealing systems to obtain products with excellent performance.
