Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of nickel-graphene composite coating on the properties of 7075 aluminum alloy, single factor test was used to prepare nickel-graphene composite coatings with different graphene additions by electrodeposition in an inorganic solvent system, and its wear resistance and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The microstructure and composition of the nickel-graphene composite coating were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction phase analysis, and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the nickel-graphene composite coating can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy, and the performance of the composite coating is best when 3 g/L graphene is added. At this time, the composite coating has a wear resistance coefficient of 0.29 and the corrosion current density is 1.15×10
