挤压铸造浇注温度对Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金组织及性能的影响

    Effect of Pouring Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Squeeze Casting Al-Si-Cu-Mg Alloy

    • 摘要: 进行了Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金不同浇注温度的挤压铸造试验,采用显微组织观察、密度测试、拉伸试验等研究了不同浇注温度对挤压铸造合金组织、密度与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着浇注温度的升高,Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金中的二次枝晶臂间距先减小后增加,710℃浇注的合金的二次枝晶臂间距最小,为16.9μm。随着浇注温度的升高,挤压铸造合金的密度、抗拉强度和伸长率先升高后降低,710℃浇注的Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金的密度最高,力学性能最佳。

       

      Abstract: The extrusion casting experiments of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy at different casting temperatures were carried out. The effects of different casting temperatures on the microstructure, density and mechanical properties of the extrusion casting alloy were studied by means of microstructure observation, density test and tensile test. The results show that with the increase of casting temperature, the secondary dendrite arm spacing of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy decreases first and then increases, and the secondary dendrite arm spacing of the alloy cast at 710 ℃ is smallest, which is 16.9 μm. With the increase of casting temperature, the density, tensile strength and elongation of the extrusion casting alloy firstly increase and then decrease. The Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy cast at 710 ℃ has the highest density and the best mechanical properties.
