焊接顺序对双激光束双侧同步焊接TC4钛合金T型接头残余应力的影响

    Effect of Welding Sequence on Residual Stress of TC4 Titanium Alloy Double-laser Beam Bilateral Synchronous Welding T-joint

    • 摘要: 建立了TC4钛合金蒙皮-桁条T型结构双激光束双侧同步焊接的热机耦合模型,得到了三种焊接顺序下焊后接头残余应力场,研究了残余应力的变化规律。结果表明:该T型接头横截面上的焊后残余应力在焊缝中心处出现峰值,且主要表现为纵向残余应力,横向残余应力在焊缝中心构成一个应力值较大的类三角区,远离焊缝区域,残余应力呈下降趋势。焊接顺序对焊后横向残余应力的影响较小,对纵向残余应力的影响较为显著。相比于从一端到另一端整道施焊的焊接方案,对T型接头采用分段焊接的焊后残余应力值相对较小,从桁条两端向中间施焊或从桁条中间向两端施焊均为较优的焊接方案。

       

      Abstract: A thermo-mechanical coupling model of TC4 titanium alloy skin-stringer T joint manufactured by double-laser beam bilateral synchronous welding was established. The residual stress of the joint after welding under three welding sequences was obtained, and the variation of residual stress was studied. The results show that the residual stress of the T-joint in the cross section reaches the peak value in the weld center, and it mainly manifests as longitudinal residual stress, and a triangle like zone with large transverse residual stress forms in the weld center. Far away from the weld area, the residual stress shows a downward trend. The influence of welding sequence on the transverse residual stress is small, but the influence on the longitudinal residual stress is significant. Compared with the whole welding scheme from one end to another end, the residual stress value of T-joint welded by section welding is relatively smaller, and the welding sequence from both ends of the stringer to the middle or from the middle of the stringer to both ends are optimal welding scheme.
