Abstract:
SPCC/AM60/SPCC (Mg/steel)laminated composite plate was prepared by asynchronous rolling process.The effect of rolling temperature on the microstructure and micro-hardness of the composite plate was analyzed, and the microstructure morphology and element distribution of the composite interface were studied.The results show that the SPCC/AM60/SPCC composite plate with good shape can be prepared when the rolling temperature is 320-380 ℃, the reduction rate is 50% and the different speed ratio is 1.31.With the increase of rolling temperature, the grain of steel matrix elongates along the rolling direction and becomes fibrous, while the recrystallization of magnesium alloy in the center layer occurs obviously, and the grain size increases with the increase of rolling temperature.When the rolling temperature is 340 ℃, the microhardness of the interface, core magnesium alloy and steel matrix of the clad plate is higher than those of other temperatures.With the increase of rolling temperature, the content of Al in the interface increases gradually, and the phenomenon of enrichment and segregation appears.At 380 ℃, there is an obvious aluminum rich transition zone.
