Abstract:
The precision forging production of a planetary carrier has a low automated and intelligent degree. The precision forging process, heat treatment parameters, control system and control process were studied and analyzed.Based on PLC, the intelligent control system and HMI human-machine operation interface were designed. It was also applied to the actual production of the planetary carrier precision forging. The results show that the designed planetary carrier precision forging intelligent control system can realize the intelligent adjustment and automatic control of temperature, speed, forging pressure and other key parameters, and realize the continuous, automatic and intelligent planetary carrier precision forging production. The research can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the automation, intelligence and digital upgrading of planetary carrier precision forging.
