基于PLC的铸造熔炼炉温度控制系统设计

    Design of Temperature Control System for Casting Smelting Furnace Based on PLC

    • 摘要: 中频感应炉熔炼温度控制普遍存在时滞非线性,且熔体温度均匀性较差,极易影响熔炼质量。针对此,采用西门子S7-1200 PLC开发中频炉熔炼温度优化的控制系统。通过Smith预估器补偿温控模型的时滞项,利用模糊PID提高非线性控制的鲁棒性。为炉体配置6路热电偶,在允许的驼峰高度下,由最大温差反馈控制中频炉的馈电频率,调节搅拌强度使熔体温度均匀。试验表明,中频炉熔炼温控精度<10℃,熔体温度均匀性<5℃,可满足中频炉熔炼生产需要,有助于提高熔炼质量的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Temperature control of medium frequency induction furnace generally has time lag nonlinearity, and the uniformity of the melt temperature is poor, which easily affects the melting quality. For this, a control system for melting temperature optimization of medium frequency induction furnace was developed using Siemens S7-1200 PLC.Smith predictor was used to compensate the time delay term, while fuzzy PID was used to improve the robustness of the nonlinear control. 6 thermocouples for the furnace was configured, and with the allowable hump height, the feed frequency was controlled by the maximum temperature difference feedback, and the stirring intensity was adjusted to make the melt temperature uniform.The test shows that the melting temperature control accuracy is< 10℃, the uniformity of the melt temperature is< 5℃, which meets the needs of the furnace and is helpful to improve the stability of the melting quality.
