10钢锻件性能不合格的原因分析与改进

    Cause Analysis and Improvement of Unqualified Performance of 10 Steel Forgings

    • 摘要: 对大规格10钢锻件力学性能不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明晶粒粗大是大规格10钢锻件力学性能不合格的根本原因。锻件始锻温度高和锻后正火冷却速度过慢造成晶粒粗大。通过二次正火并调整冷却方式使不合格的10钢锻件得以挽救。降低始锻温度并提高正火冷却速度确保了大规格10钢锻件力学性能满足技术要求。

       

      Abstract: The reasons of unqualified mechanical performance of large specification 10 steel forgings were analyzed.The results show that the coarse grain is the fundamental cause of unqualified mechanical performance of 10 steel forgings.High initial forging temperature and slow normalization cooling speed after forging cause coarse grain.The unqualified 10 steel forgings are saved by secondary normalizing and adjusting the cooling mode.Reducing the initial forging temperature and improving the normalizing cooling speed ensures that the mechanical properties of large specification 10 steel forgings meet the technical requirements.
