Abstract:
Amorphous composite not only has high strength, high hardness, excellent magnetic properties and friction resistance of amorphous alloy, but also effectively improve the shortcomings of amorphous alloy with low plasticity at room temperature, which has become the research focus of advanced composite materials. The preparation technology and application of amorphous composite materials by in-situ amorphous composite preparation technology such as, crystallization of amorphous, liquid-phase separation, quench casting, in-situ reaction and by ex-situ amorphous composite preparation technology such as liquid infiltration method, powder metallurgy, die casting, were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were analyzed, and their further development was prospected.
