固溶热处理对ATI425合金棒材组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Solution Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ATI425 Alloy Bar

    • 摘要: 对ATI425合金棒材进行不同的固溶热处理工艺试验,研究固溶温度和保温时间对其显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶温度从870℃升高到930℃,该合金的抗拉强度从1149 MPa降至1046.5 MPa,伸长率和断面收缩率始终处于上升趋势;固溶保温时间对ATI425合金棒材的室温性能影响要小于固溶温度的影响,且保温时间控制在90 min时,组织的均匀性相对较好。

       

      Abstract: Different solid solution heat treatment process tests of ATI425 alloy bars were conducted, and the effects of solid solution temperature and insulation time on its microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that as the solution temperature increases from 870℃ to 930℃, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases from 1149 MPa to 1046.5 MPa, and the elongation and reduction of area are always on the rise. The effect of room temperature performance is less than that of solid solution temperature, and the holding time is controlled at 90 min, and the uniformity of the microstructure is relatively good.
