固溶温度对Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Solution Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo Alloy

    • 摘要: 对Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金进行不同温度固溶+550℃×6 h时效处理,研究了不同温度固溶处理对Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在800~860℃,随着固溶温度的升高,时效处理后Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金中析出的弥散相逐渐增多,晶粒未明显长大。固溶温度达到890℃时,时效处理合金中的弥散相发生聚集,晶粒有长大趋势。在800~920℃,随着固溶温度的升高,时效处理后Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度逐渐升高,伸长率逐渐降低。860℃固溶+550℃×6 h时效处理Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo合金强塑性匹配最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为1124 MPa、996 MPa和14.6%。

       

      Abstract: Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo alloy was treated by solution at different temperatures and aging at 550 ℃for 6 h.The effects of solution treatment at different temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo alloy were studied.The results show that in the range of 800-860 ℃, with the increase of solution temperature, the precipitated dispersed phase in Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo alloy increases gradually after aging treatment, and the grain size does not grow obviously.When the solution temperature reaches 890 ℃, the dispersed phases in the aged alloygather and the grains tend to grow.In the range of 800-920 ℃, with the increase of solution temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo alloy after aging treatment increase gradually, while the elongation decreases gradually.The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of Ti-6Al-4V-4Mo alloy solutin treated at 860 ℃and 550 ℃×6 h aging treatment are 1124 MPa, 996 MPa and 14.6%respectively.
