YG8硬质合金冲击疲劳断口形貌及冲击寿命统计分析方法

    Impact Fatigue Fracture Morphology and Statistical Analysis of Impact Fatigue Life of YG8 Cemented Carbide

    • 摘要: 通过小能多冲试验机对YG8硬质合金进行了不同冲击能量下的冲击疲劳试验,采用对数正态分布函数对其冲击寿命结果的分布特性进行了评估;利用SEM对冲击后的断口形貌进行了分析;采用小子样进行其概率密度函数的参数评估并进行假定检验。结果表明:YG8合金在冲击载荷作用下存在沿晶断裂和穿晶解理断裂两种明显的断裂形式;试件的疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布,对数正态分布函数可有效地用于评估和预测硬质合金冲击疲劳性能。

       

      Abstract: The impact fatigue test of YG8 carbide under different impact energy was carried out by small energy multipunch testing machine. The lognormal distribution function was used to describe the distribution characteristics of the impact life results. SEM was used to analyze the fracture morphology after impact. The parameter estimation of probability density function was carried out with small sample, and the hypothesis testing was performed. The results show that there are two obvious fracture forms of YG8 alloy under impact load: inter-granular fracture and trans-granular cleavage fracture. The fatigue life of the group of specimens conforms to logarithmic normal distribution. The lognormal distribution is an effective method to evaluate and predict the impact fatigue data of cemented carbide.
