高熵合金中晶格畸变效应的研究进展

    Research Progress of Lattice Distortion Effect in High Entropy Alloys

    • 摘要: 高熵合金这一概念一经提出就引起了广泛的关注和研究兴趣。这一设计打破了传统的合金设计策略,为科研人员提供了新的思路。高熵合金有4个核心效应:晶格畸变效应、高熵效应、缓慢扩散效应和鸡尾酒效应。在这些核心效应中,晶格畸变效应被认为是决定高熵合金性能的关键的因素。简述了晶格畸变效应,并对现有的晶格畸变的量化方法进行了归纳与评价,阐述了晶格畸变效应对高熵合金相形成和力学性能等方面的影响。最后,指出高熵合金晶格畸变效应所面临的问题,并对其进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The concept of high entropy alloys has attracted the attention of numerous researchers.This design breaks the traditional alloy design strategy and provides a new idea for researchers. High entropy alloys have four core effects: lattice distortion effect, high entropy effect, sluggish diffusion effect and cocktail effect. Among these core effects, lattice distortion effect is considered to be the key factor to determine the properties of high entropy alloys. The lattice distortion effect was briefly described, and the existing quantization methods of lattice distortion were summarized and evaluated, and the influence of lattice distortion effect on the phase formation and mechanical properties of high entropy alloys was expounded.Finally, the problems of lattice distortion in high entropy alloys were pointed out, and the prospect was also given.
