加工工艺对CuZn39Pb2铅黄铜组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Working Processing on Microstructure and Properties of CuZn39Pb2 Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过非真空感应熔炼炉制备CuZn39Pb2合金,采用扫描电镜、布氏硬度仪、万能拉伸试验机研究了该合金在不同加工条件下的组织、强度、硬度和伸长率的变化。结果表明,与轧制相比,热锻的合金晶粒得到细化,晶粒度达到7.5级;加工硬化明显,硬度达到118 HV,且铅颗粒主要存在于晶内,有利于保障合金的性能。

       

      Abstract: The CuZn39Pb2 alloys were prepared by non-vacuum induction melting furnace. The change of microstructure, strength, hardness and elongation of the alloy was studied under different processing conditions by using scanning electron microscope, hardness tester, and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that compared with those of rolling, the hot forged alloy grains are refined, the grain size reaches 7.5 grade; the processing hardening is obvious, the hardness reaches 118 HV, and the lead particles mainly exist in the crystal, which is conducive to ensure the performance of the alloy.
