Abstract:
CuSn10 alloy samples were prepared using SLM technology. The effects of SLM process parameters on the denensiicity of the sample and the heat treatment on the microorganization and mechanical properties of CuSn10 alloy were investigated. The results show that when the laser power is 195 W, the scanning speed is 550 mm/s, the scanning distance is0.08 mm, and the layer thickness is 0.02 mm, the density of the alloy sample reaches 99.8%. The microstructure of SLM formed sample includes α-Cu phase and metastable phase β’(Cu
13.7Sn) and trace δ phase(Cu
41Sn
11). After the heat treatment of SLM forming samples, the metastable β’ phase is resolved by thermal diffusion, the microstructure is more homogeneous, and the final structure is composed of α-Cu phase and trace δ phase. The excellent comprehensive performance of SLM formed CuSn10 alloy enriches its application field and improves the use value of materials.
