压缩机销壳连接位置漏油原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Oil Leakage at Connection Position between Pin and Shell of A Compressor

    • 摘要: 压缩机在使用中容易出现漏油现象,会造成较严重的后果。某压缩机的轴承座用销与壳体连接,再通过焊接将二者连接,在使用过程中发现该位置出现漏油现象。为了查明原因,为相关故障处理提供参考,对漏油位置进行了无损探伤、显微组织和显微硬度等检测,并详细分析了焊接位置漏油的原因。结果表明:焊接位置形成的焊接热裂纹是导致压缩机漏油的原因。

       

      Abstract: Oil leakage occurs easily in the application of compressor, which can cause serious consequences. The bearing seat of a compressor is connected with the shell by pin and then the both are welded to gether. Oil leakage was found at the welding position during its use. In order to identify the reason to provide reference for related fault processing, nondestructive test, microstructure and microhardness test were carried out for the oil leakage position. The results show that the welding hot crack formed during welding process is the cause of compressor oil leakage.
