Abstract:
The vacuum induction melting of K648 new alloy and recycled alloy(50% master alloy + 50% recycled alloy)was carried out, and the plum blossom samples were cast. The microstructures and phase compositions in as cast, solid solution and heat treatment states were compared, the basic microstructure characteristic information of K648 recycled and new alloy were obtained, and the heredity of recycled material was studied. The results show that there is no obvious difference in the composition of the primary phase between the returned and new materials, and there is little difference in the morphology of the as cast samples, the α phase is regular blocks and the size is 5-15 μm, MC phase presents irregular shape.Except for more dense needle-like secondary α phase, the precipitates are basically consistent with the new material after heat treatment.
