深冷处理对T6状态下7075超硬铝合金电导率的影响

    Effect of Deep Cryogenic Treatment on Conductivity of T6 State 7075 Super-hard Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用不同的深冷处理工艺对7075铝合金进行处理,研究了深冷处理对7075电导率的影响。结果表明,通过对固溶处理后T6状态的7075进行深冷处理,电导率大幅提高。采取1次深冷处理24 h后,电导率数值达到22.23 MS/m,超过航标规定的上限20.6 MS/m,采取6h深冷处理4次后,因“台阶”行为导致电导率低于1次深冷处理24 h的数值,处于航标规定的中限位置。通过合理的深冷处理工艺制度,可有效解决7075铝合金制品在机械加工后、重新固溶时效产生的电导率大幅衰减的实际生产问题。

       

      Abstract: 7075 aluminum alloy was treated by different deep cryogenic processes.The effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the conductivity of 7075 was investigated.The results show that, the conductivity is greatly improved by deep cryogenic treatment of 7075 in the T6 state after solid solution treatment.After one deep cryogenic treatment for 24 h, the conductivity value of 22.23 MS/m, exceeds the upper limit of the beacon 20.6 MS/m.After taking 6h deep cryogenic treatment for 4 times, the conductivity is lower than a value of 24 h due to the"step"behavior, and it is in the medium limit position specified by the beacon.Through a reasonable deep cryogenic treatment process system, the actual production problem of the conductivity of 7075 aluminum alloy products can be effectively solved.
