Abstract:
7075 aluminum alloy was treated by different deep cryogenic processes.The effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the conductivity of 7075 was investigated.The results show that, the conductivity is greatly improved by deep cryogenic treatment of 7075 in the T6 state after solid solution treatment.After one deep cryogenic treatment for 24 h, the conductivity value of 22.23 MS/m, exceeds the upper limit of the beacon 20.6 MS/m.After taking 6h deep cryogenic treatment for 4 times, the conductivity is lower than a value of 24 h due to the"step"behavior, and it is in the medium limit position specified by the beacon.Through a reasonable deep cryogenic treatment process system, the actual production problem of the conductivity of 7075 aluminum alloy products can be effectively solved.
