Abstract:
The development process of 10-36 mm 347H austenitic heat resistant stainless steel plate for high temperature molten salt tank in solar thermal power generation by Ansteel were described. By choosing reasonable chemical composition,optimizing smelting process, heating, rolling,solution heat treatment process and so on, the chemical composition, heat treatment system and the mechanical properties of the steel plate meet the requirements of heat-resisting steel plate,sheet and strip(GB/T 4238—2015); the surface quality was bright and clean without defects, and the passivation film was uniform and dense;the performance of intergranular corrosion resistance and chloride ion corrosion resistance were good and the comprehensive corrosion performance of the steel plate meet the service requirements of high temperature molten salt storage tank. As a new generation of green energy material, the successful development of 347H austenitic heat resistant stainless steel is of great significance in reducing the cost of photothermal power generation, increasing the life of photothermal power generation equipment, and realizing the localization of equipment, which can provide an important way for China to realize green power generation.
