Abstract:
The AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were subject to unidirectional rolling and cross-asymmetric rolling respectively at the roll temperature of 280℃. Deep drawing experiments of the sheets were carried out at room temperature and 200℃ respectively, and then the microstructure, mechanical properties and deep drawing properties were tested. The results show that when cross asymmetric rolling is used and cross rolling reduction rate is 50%, the effect of grain refinement and uniformity is significant, and the deep drawing forming properties measured at 200℃ is the best.
