国和一号SGS系统管道中频感应局部加热弯制工艺研究及质量控制

    Process Research and Quality Control of Medium-frequency Induction Heating Bending Pipe of CAP1400 Steam Generator System

    • 摘要: 对国和一号SGS系统中大直径大壁厚管道弯制工艺进行研究。弯制时采用中频感应局部加热,并调整弯管设备的感应线圈宽度,设定合适的补偿角度,选择合适的推进速度以及中频感应功率。弯制完成后进行正火加回火热处理,正火工艺是920℃×190 min,水冷;回火工艺是670℃×150 min,炉内冷却。弯制完成后对弯管外观质量、弯曲半径、壁厚减薄率、椭圆度进行检查,并进行相应的无损检验(包括渗透检验和超声检验)、理化试验(包括室温拉伸试验、高温拉伸试验、冲击试验、晶粒度检验)和水压试验。经以上检验,中频感应加热弯管满足相应的标准要求。

       

      Abstract: The research of large diameter and thick wall pipe bending process of CAP1400 SGS system was carried out.Medium frequency induction local heating was used during bending, and induction coil width of bending equipment was adjusted, appropriate compensation angle was set, and appropriate propulsion speed and medium frequency induction power were selected.After the bending was completed, normalizing and tempering heat treatment were carried out.The normalizing process was 920℃×190 min, water cooling; the tempering process was 670℃×150 min, furnace cooling. After the bending was completed, the appearance quality, bending radius, wall thickness reduction rate, and ovality of the elbow were inspected, and corresponding non-destructive inspections (including penetration inspection and ultrasonic inspection), physical and chemical tests(including room temperature tensile test, high temperature tensile test, impact test, grain size test) and hydraulic test were conducted. After the above inspection, the intermediate frequency induction heating bending pipe meets the corresponding standard requirements.
